I am the director and founder of the LinaLenco Dessert, cake decorator for 6 years, with more than 1000 cakes done and more than 400 designs.
I developed myself with the best cake artists of the world, Karen Portaleo, Robert Haynes, Verusca Walker, Kristina Rado, kelvin Chua, David MacCarfrae, Paul Bradford ,and many others.
With master courses taken at the famous International schools, Squires Kitchen, Chicago Wilton School, and PME London, master in ROYAL ICING, SUGAR PASTE and SUGAR FLOWER.
Two years ago, I host 24 episodes on my own TV show, LinaLenço Dessert at the TDM TV Chinese Channel, about desserts entirely create by myself, and I will be hosting again in 2017.
In 2014, I participated at the Cake International Competition, Birmingham, UK, where I was award with a GOLDEN FOR THE WEEDING CATEGORY, I created two Beautiful Peacocks that symbolize the Fiancée and the Bride and I won also BRONZE FOR THE INTERNATIONAL CATEGORY, where I create in modeling chocolate the Kuan Ian God, that symbolizes Our Lady in the Chinese Culture.
In 2015, I participated again at the Cake International Competition, Birmingham, UK, where I was award with GOLD FOR THE INTERNATIONAL CATEGORY, this time I create the Chinese Warrior, Mr. Kuan Kong, all in modelling Chocolate.
In 2016, I decided to participated one more time at the Cake International Competition, Birmingham, UK, I decided to compete at the INTERNATIONAL CATEGORY with TWO CAKES, I inspire myself again in the Chinese Art, and I develop two beautiful pieces inspire in the mammoth ivory, I was award with Gold on both cakes, and one of them I got the 3rd Place.
I have my own studio, where you can find all kind of baking products and order beautiful 3D cakes and I also host classes.
